Refunds or replacements are only considered if reported within three calendar days from the date of delivery. Requests submitted after this period are respectfully unable to be accommodated.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within three days of delivery. Once reviewed and verified, we will gladly offer a replacement of the same item or issue a refund at our discretion.
Sale and Promotional Items
All sale or promotional items are final sale and are not eligible for refunds or replacements.
